Join the RMWO Tribe of women as we partake in a weekend of winter fat biking, snowshoeing, yoga, wellness workshops, engaging conversations around nutritious meals, and lots of laughs with women on the same mission as you – to live a happy and healthy life!


Our mission is to help you leave this retreat feeling recharged after the holidays, refreshed with new goals and the tools to achieve them, and reconnected with yourself and new friends that we are sure you will want to stay in touch with!

Location: Whitefish Bike Retreat in Whitefish, MT


PRICING: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve a spot on this retreat. The remainder will be due 1 week before the retreat.
Before December 1, 2019: $400 per guest
After December 1, 2019: $500 per guest

Friday, January 3

3-4pm – Arrive and check in at Whitefish Bike Retreats.

4-6pm – Appetizers, Meet & Greet.

6pm – Dinner & drinks.

8-10pm – 1:1 Health Coaching Sessions with Maranda

8pm – Freetime (sit in the sauna, have a glass of wine with your new girlfriends, or make it an early night)


Saturday,  January 4

6-7am – Coffee Hour

7-8am – Yoga

8:15am –  Breakfast

9-10am – Clean up/Get Ready for Biking

10am-noon – Fat Biking

noon – Snack break

noon-2pm – Fat Biking

2:15pm – Late lunch

 4-6pm – 1:1 Health Coaching Sessions with Maranda

4-6pm – Relax & connect with new friends

6:15pm – Appetizers & drinks

 7pm – Dinner

8-10pm – 1:1 Health Coaching Sessions with Maranda

8pm – Unwind (sit in sauna, play cards, get some rest)



Sunday,  January 5

7-8am – Coffee Hour

8-9am – Yoga

9:15am –  Breakfast and Wellness Workshop

10am – Snowshoeing

Noon –  Light lunch
