Join us to dive deep into the wilderness: inside and outside! We will be leading discussions based around Brené Brown’s book Braving the Wilderness as well as hiking two beautiful trails in the Judith Mountains, releasing tension on the yoga mat, and enjoying meaningful conversations with like-minded women around the campfire.

Friday, May 17

4:00-7:00pm – Check in at Judith Mountain Resort.

5:00-7:00pm – Appetizers & Cocktail Hour. (Appetizers provided, eat before you come if you want a full dinner)

7:00- Set intentions for weekend.

8:00-10:00pm – Relax & connect over campfire!

Saturday, May 16

7:00am– Yoga

8:00-9:00am – Breakfast

9:00-10:00 – Prep for hike & pack lunches.

10:00am –  6 Mile Hike.

1:00pm – Lunch break & Braving the Wildnerness Workshop.

5:00pm – Return to lodge. Shower/freshen up.

6:00pm – Dinner!

7:00pm – Reflection.

8:00-10:00pm – Relax and connect around fire.


Sunday, May 17

7:00am– Yoga

8:00-9:00am – Breakfast

9:00-10:00 – Check out of rooms. Prep for hike.

10:00am –  Braving the Wildnerness Workshop.

Noon – Lunch break.

1pm:00pm – 2.5 mile hike.

4:00pm – Reflection and of retreat.
